TheTruecaller.online is an independent resource site dedicated to honest, plain-English Truecaller guides. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by True Software Scandinavia AB — the company behind Truecaller. We are a small team of Android enthusiasts, privacy researchers, and technical writers who use Truecaller daily and wanted a source of reliable, up-to-date information about it.

The site was founded in 2024 after we found that most existing Truecaller sites published outdated information or never clearly explained the real trade-offs between the app’s free and paid tiers. We decided to build the resource we wished existed.

How We Work

We test on real devices — including a Pixel 9 running Android 15 and a Samsung Galaxy S25 on One UI 7 — and we walk through every fix we publish in the official app before writing it up. Screenshots come from our own testing, not press kits. When we cite statistics, we link the primary source: Truecaller earnings reports, Truecaller’s own support documentation, and industry data such as the YouMail Robocall Index.

When Truecaller releases a major update, we review affected guides within 48 hours and show the last-updated date on every page.

Our Editorial Standards

  • All statistics are sourced. Every number links to its primary source. We do not publish unsourced statistics.
  • Content is updated after major Truecaller releases. We update last-modified dates visibly on every page.
  • Reviews are based on real testing, not press releases. Our Premium review used a paid subscription tested over 30 days on real devices.
  • We disclose conflicts of interest. If we have an affiliate relationship with any product mentioned, it is stated clearly in the article.
  • We fix errors promptly. If you find something incorrect, contact us and we will verify and correct it within 24 hours.
